The cost of Tryouts is $150.00.
Important Information
Permission to Skate: Every player will require a Permission to Skate (PTS) form
from their home center. NO player will be permitted on the ice without this
form. We will not accept these forms via email. You will be required to submit
the actual form at registration on the day of the player's first tryout.
Development Skates: This year we have set up development skates for the U10-U13 age groups. These skates are optional and are being run by the Current Coaches. All players will be required to Pre-Register for development skates. The link will be open on April 1st. Please make sure that you register your player as it allows our coaches to properly plan based on the number of registrants. cost of the development skates is $50.00
Tryouts: Players will
be guaranteed 3 skates before the first round of releases. Players will receive
a jersey at the first tryout. This jersey will be theirs for the entire tryout
and to keep once tryouts are done. The player will be responsible for having
their jersey with them at all tryouts. Goalies will not be given a jersey and
are asked to bring their own with them to the tryouts. After the first tryout,
the website will be updated in the Tryout Player Roster Tab on each team's home
page. These rosters will be updated no later than 4 hours after a tryout.
U14 (2011's - All players wishing to attend tryouts must have
attended a checking clinic. Windsor AAA is offering a clinic that is one day
and is approximately 1.5 hours. Players will be required to participate in both
on and off-ice instruction. Attendance for our clinic is mandatory. Under no
circumstance are players permitted to attend tryouts if they have not attended a
checking clinic. If you attend another clinic, you must provide proof of your
child attending that clinic. Please upload the letter from the Clinic to your
child’s profile in HCR, under the document section.
The checking clinic is on April 18th.
In-class will be 5:00-6:00 pm and on-ice is 6:30-7:30 pm. Goalies
must attend as per Alliance rules. They can attend other clinics but must show
proof at the tryouts. We will accept anyone needing it, cost is $25 per player.
U13(2012) – If you wish to AP to the U14
Team, you will be required to have taken a checking clinic before AP’ing for
that team. You're encouraged to attend our clinic
Pre-Registration- All players will be required
